Hi Everyone!
We took my dad out for fish & chips the night before we left BC. Here we are - ME & MY DAD!
A few shots out of the car window of the farm land around Abbotsford BC. The misty rain and clouds shrouded the mountains in the background, so only the foothills are visible. Who knew the only nice sunny day was the day we arrived, so no mountain pics unfortunately!
We are now in FABULOUS LAS VEGAS, comfortably ensconced in the New York, New York Hotel! Diva Dawn & Diva Dude were kind enough to pick us up at the airport and deliver us to our hotel last evening, and Dawn will be conducting a tour of her favourite Treasure Hunting haunts in the area for us on Tuesday, not to mention a few stops at the "locals" gambling halls along the way!
Last night I kept out of trouble for hours playing some slots on the SAME $20! I eventually gave it up, but it afforded lots of entertainment till nearly 2 am. A late start this morning due to our late night, but we were celebrating NOT having a curfew! Being a guest at my dad's Senior's Residence in BC the past week, meant we were locked in with alarmed doors by 11 pm!
We will tour the Las Vegas strip today, seeing the sights and stopping in a few of the casinos we come upon!

Mandy, it's great seeing a pic of you and your dad ... he's looking well and very spiffy! As you no doubt have figured out by now, I won't be joining you, Dawn, and the boys in Las Vegas this week, as I'm up to my ears in Missoni sales and shipping. Have a great time, and a safe flight home.
